We recently stayed at a hotel in Heiloo and had a great experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we especially loved the two-person bath. The staff, particularly the receptionist Eva, went above and beyond to help us with our needs. They were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, as it was close to many popular attractions and easily accessible by car. our stay at the hotel was wonderful, and we highly recommend it to others.

All clean and tidy. The hotel has already had a few days on its back. You can see it here and there, but everything is clean and tidy. Breakfast is available in sufficient buffet width. Plenty of relatively new bikes, also e-bikes, available for rent. Parking lot is also quite large. And the staff is very nice and courteous.

At breakfast my daughters only mentioned the choice of muesli. This could be something more. But the most serious point is that the hotel is called handicapped accessible or barrier-free, which it is not. Although the hotel has only two floors, the hotel would only be barrier-free if the second floor could be reached by a lift. But there is no lift. You have to state this explicitly when booking, otherwise it can happen that you will be accommodated in the second floor as a handicapped person / wheelchair user. If the hotel on the ground floor is fully booked you have a problem! The same applies if you have a dog that is not good at climbing stairs. We had to carry our eleven year old Golden Retriever lady up and down the stairs every time. She just didn't make it up the stairs (stairs are very steep!).

The location was perfect for exploring by bike, close to historic Alkmaar and the coast.

I recently stayed at the Fletcher Hotel in Heiloo for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore Alkmaar and the beautiful coast by bike. The room was spacious and comfortable, complete with a luxurious two-person bath. The standout feature of my stay, however, was the exceptional staff. Eva at the reception went above and beyond to assist us, providing invaluable information and arranging last-minute accommodations. Cordell, the waiter at the restaurant, ensured that everything ran smoothly during our dining experiences. These two individuals truly made our stay memorable and deserve recognition for their outstanding service.

This place is located in a lovely area, surrounded by beautiful nature and close to the sea. The hotel offers excellent service and has a variety of amenities, including a terrace, in-room safe, and free toiletries. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with a television, electric kettle, and comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

The rooms were well-equipped, clean and smartly decorated. We enjoyed the fresh air coming through our own balcony after a long cycling day. The restaurant offered sensible prices and the service was good. The location was good for us, not in the middle of everything, but on a main road, easy to access.

Although some elements of the room were a little tired, overall we found it clean and well-maintained. However, the lighting was not bright enough to read by and the stairs to the first floor were narrow and difficult for my bad hip.

The room was absolutely mind-blowing, big and super comfy, with a jaw-dropping two-person bath. But the real star of the show was the staff! Eva, the receptionist, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with our unplanned arrangements. And Cordell, the waiter, never missed a beat, ensuring everything was done properly. The hotel's location was fantastic, close to the sea and major highways. The ample free parking was a plus. The lovely and accommodating pub, along with the superb breakfast delivered right to our table, made for a delightful start to our days. The staff was super lovely, and their assistance was excellent. While the hotel may lean towards business travelers, it served as a great base for exploring the nearby towns. The food, including a fantastic chicken dinner, did not disappoint. a truly satisfying stay.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was very close to some beautiful places like Egmond aan Zee, Alkmaar and Bergen aan Zee. The staff were amazing and very friendly. They always greeted us with a smile and were happy to help with anything we needed.

The hotel was really old-fashioned and outdated, with furniture and decor from the 80s. The rooms were not particularly clean, with some strange black border around the sink area. The lighting in the room was very dim, so it was quite difficult to read anything. The stairs were very narrow and difficult to navigate, with no elevator to help us with our luggage. this hotel was a big disappointment and we won't be staying there again.
